We who are Christians can be guilty of forgetting the great price that was paid for our redemption and what Jesus endured so that we could be saved. It is good to be reminded of the sacrifice that was made on our behalf, all because of God’s amazing love for you and me. It is good to sing and proclaim that the crimson blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7); that the blood of Christ redeems us and forgives us (Ephesians 1:7); that His blood is the means by which we enter the most holy place of God (Hebrews 10:19). There is no greater demonstration of love than the Crimson Love of Calvary.
